Returns & Exchanges

SWEDEN

1. Get in contact
Do you want to return something? Start by contacting us. Either you can send us an email (hello@rupher.com) or call us (0737242525). The easiest is to respond to the order confirmation; then we get all the information about your order. Always let us know if you wish to return or exchange, and in that case to what. The return label is then sent to you digitally via email weekdays between 8:00-16:00. You can either print it yourself or bring the shipment number (Shipment No.) to DHL and they will help with printing.

2. Send the items back to us
When you send something back to us, make sure that it is clear that the package is from you. Pack the items in such a way that they are not damaged during delivery.

3. Finally
When we have received the items you sent to us, we will send your exchange items to you the next day, provided that these are in stock. We will cover the costs for shipping the exchange goods back to you. If you wanted to return an item to us, we will credit the amount for this item when we receive it, minus the return cost. The refund or adjustment of the invoice is done via Klarna. Should there be any problems with this, you need to contact Klarna directly due to GDPR.

INTERNATIONAL

The easiest is to respond to the order confirmation; then we get all the information about your order. Always let us know if you wish to return or exchange, and in that case to what.

2. Get a return shipping order
We can buy a return shipping order for you, but in many cases it is cheaper for you to buy the shipping locally. You can always contact us before your purchase and we can help you pick a size and check the cost for an eventual return.

3. Finally
When we have received the items you sent to us, we will send your exchange items to you the next day, provided that these are in stock. We will cover the costs for shipping the exchange goods back to you. If you wanted to return an item to us, we will  instead credit the amount for this item when we receive it, minus eventual return costs on our behalf.
